According to information from the Ministry of Commerce website, a reporter asked: What are the recent consultations between China and the Netherlands regarding the Nexperia issue? In response, the Ministry of Commerce stated: On November 18th and 19th, Chinese and Dutch government departments held two rounds of face-to-face consultations in Beijing concerning the Nexperia issue. During the consultations, the Chinese side reiterated that the source and responsibility for the current disruption in the global semiconductor industrial and supply chain lie with the Dutch side. It urged the Dutch side to take concrete actions, swiftly and effectively, to facilitate the early resolution of the Nexperia issue and restore the security and stability of the global semiconductor industrial and supply chain. The Dutch side proactively proposed to suspend the administrative order issued by the Dutch Minister for Economic Affairs under the Goods Availability Act.
The Chinese side welcomes the Dutch side's proactive suspension of the administrative order, viewing it as a first step in the right direction towards a proper resolution. However, it still falls short of addressing the root cause of the global semiconductor industrial and supply chain turmoil and disruption, which is the "revocation of the administrative order." Furthermore, the erroneous ruling by the Dutch enterprise court, which stripped Wingtech of its controlling stake in Nexperia under the impetus of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, remains a key obstacle to resolving the issue. The Chinese side hopes the Dutch side will continue to demonstrate a willingness for sincere cooperation with China and propose constructive solutions to genuinely resolve the problem. Both sides agreed that administrative intervention should be canceled, and enterprises should be supported and encouraged to resolve internal disputes through consultations in accordance with the law. This approach protects the legitimate rights and interests of investors and creates more favorable conditions for restoring the security and stability of the global semiconductor industrial and supply chain.
On the evening of the 19th, Wingtech issued an announcement stating that its control over Nexperia remains restricted, and the enterprise court's ruling from October 7th is still in effect.

This dispute, which has lasted for over a month, had already escalated into politics and a game between nations. Currently, Nexperia's factories in China have resumed chip exports, major customers have gradually been receiving shipments, and the automotive electronics industry chain is gradually returning to normal.

The Classification of Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO)
A temperature-compensated crystal oscillator, formally known as a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO), is a type of crystal oscillator that maintains a stable frequency even under varying temperature conditions. By incorporating a temperature-compensation circuit, it minimizes the impact of ambient temperature fluctuations on the oscillation frequency, ensuring high-precision clock signals are delivered consistently across diverse environmental settings.
